This course is designed to help PhD students develop necessary knowledge and skills regarding advanced human resource management (HRM) research. Prof. Chi hopes to teach students various important topics in micro/macro/strategic HRM research so that the PhD students can write up papers about HRM topics and submit them to academic journals. In addition, we also teach the skills regarding how to write an academic paper.
