王瑞德特聘教授為國立中興大學科技管理研究所專任教授，研究領域涵蓋產品與服務創新、人工智慧、社群媒體分析與專利分析。其研究成果發表於 Technological Forecasting and Social Change等領域重要SCI/SSCI期刊。王教授曾於 2011 年獲 Emerald Citation of Excellence Award，並自 2022 至 2025 年連續入選 Stanford World's Top 2% Scientists（Career Impact），現任 Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing 副主編。

謝焸君教授為美國密西根大學安娜堡校區工業工程博士，現任中興大學科技管理研究所教授兼管理學院院長。同時擔任台灣商管學院聯合會副理事長。曾任中興大學創新產業推廣學院推廣教育組組長、創新產業經營學士學位學程主任、科技管理研究所所長與管理學院副院長。在產學合作領域中協助過之海內外企業接近百家，亦曾擔任教育部創新創業教育計畫召集人。
