課程簡介
This course is designed to help PhD students develop necessary knowledge and skills regarding advanced human resource management (HRM) research. I hope to teach students various important topics in micro/macro/strategic HRM research so that the PhD students can write up papers about HRM topics and submit them to academic journals. In addition, we also teach the skills regarding how to write an academic paper.

授課教師簡介
紀乃文特聘教授現為國立中山大學人力資源管理研究所教授、Journal of Applied Psychology (Since January, 2021)、Journal of Occupational Health Psychology (Since January, 2019)期刊編輯委員。紀教授期刊論文曾獲2025年管科會「第十五屆聯電經營管理論文獎」佳作獎、研討會論文獲2024亞洲管理學會 (AAOM)與台灣組織與管理學會 (TAOM)聯合年會傑出論文獎。研究專長為工作心情、團隊管理、策略性人力資源管理
